‌From March 23 to 26, Mr. Ma Guangtong, Dean of SEE, and Mr. Wang Bin,Party Secretary，led a delegation of relevant college leaders and faculty to conduct employment-promotion outreach and industry-academia cooperation exchanges at key enterprises in the rail transit electrification sector‌, including: CRRC High-Speed Railway Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., Baodeli Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. , Hengtongda Electric Co., Ltd., Kefei Electric Co., Ltd.,China Railway Design Group Co., Ltd.,Taikai Disconnector Co., Ltd.

‌During the visits, the delegation went deep into the production frontlines of the enterprises, touring R&D centers, manufacturing workshops, and testing laboratories, and gained in-depth understanding of their technological innovations and industry development trends in rail transit electrical equipment, intelligent inspection technologies, and power equipment manufacturing.

The college and enterprises also reached multiple agreements on collaborative initiatives, including jointly establishing talent cultivation bases, setting up scholarships, and co-applying for key scientific and technological research projects.
